Cash Crop Alternative

The Light Sport Pilot program is creating an unfulfilled need for grass airstrips in every state.

These can be setup with no great cost to the farmer, allow the land and building rights to be retained and yet still provide a constant monthly income.

The demand for airfields is great and will increase every year.

There are two configurations currently used by Light Sport Aircraft.

The common is a 100'x1400-2000' configuration for trikes and planes and 1200'x1200' for powered parachutes.

Creative structuring is all that is needed to start the process.

Whether it is an outright sell of the land, lease or structured establishment of ownership.

Hangars can be paid for by the pilots or clubs wishing to establish a field.

Lease terms are structured so they (the club or tenants) can ensure tenancy and tenure.

The terms can be structures to give reduced yearly rent allowances while equity or ownership shifts from them (the club or tenants) to the farmer.
