the
rainbow
Escapade
(shown
below)
was
flown
by
an
11
year
old
Mennonite
girl
who
sat
in
the
right
seat.
She
has
been
flying
for
a
few
years
now
and
could
really
grease
the
landings.
Also, the fence "smiley face" at the end of the grass strip (shown below) has a couple of stories to go with it. It seems a fella crashed his ultralight into an insurance building after take-off one year. The insurance building has a "sad face" painted on the roof. And one fellow never got his aircraft off the runway, and dragged his tailwheel all the way down the grass strip, stopping just before the fence.
